Adams Mill is an 1845 gristmill located on Wildcat Creek in southeastern Carroll County. Adams Mill, Inc. is a new organization that seeks to preserve and maintain the Mill.

The Burlington Community Club sponsors several events and supports the Burlington area in many ways.

Camp Tecumseh YMCA, one of America's best camps, is located right here in Carroll County. Providing youth development opportunities year-round, Camp Tecumseh can also serve retreats and conferences of up to 600 persons with full meeting, eating and sleeping facilities.

The Carroll County Community Foundation is a Fund of the Community Foundation of Howard County, Inc. The Foundation serves donors in Howard, Clinton and Carroll Counties. Carroll County operates through a "County Services Committee" comprised of Carroll County residents. This committee is responsible for asset development and the review of grants and distributions. The committee receives staff and technical support from the Community Foundation of Howard County. In addition, three representatives from Carroll County serve on the Board of Directors of the Foundation.

Carroll County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit corporation with the purpose of supporting present businesses and working to attract new investment and jobs to the county. Its members are the County government and the governments of the City of Delphi, and towns of Flora, Camden, and Burlington.

Wildcat Wildlife Center is a federal and state licensed wildlife rehabilitation center consisting of a team of volunteers with various educational backgrounds and interests. Their goal is to protect and conserve the wildlife and ecosystem of Indiana through rehabilitation, public education, networking, and providing an educational volunteer experience.
